The role

Senior Strategists influence senior level thinking and move the client to action. They own projects and work across teams to add a different angle or deeper insight that delivers extraordinary client work and grows client accounts.

What are we looking for?

You will have 4-6 years or more of experience, a strong balance of thought and action and a passion for understanding a client’s business and arriving at insights that solve their challenges via their brand. You will be an analytical, critical thinker with an expert-level understanding of branding, business and strategic planning. You are first a consumer yourself, being able to get excited about trends, new channels and ideas that could shape how brands engage with consumers. You have an way of spotting the right insights out of complicated scenarios, simplifying and translating that into creative strategy that are easy to implement. You will have an inherent curiosity and be an innovative thinker with the ability to see the big picture, present and future, and explore possibilities with the client. You will be results-focused and collaborative and possess an enthusiastic approach grounded in firm strategy.

A background in consumer research, behaviourial science, creative strategy or digital activation (or a little of everything) will go a long way in ensuring your success in this role. More importantly, you are a good communicator and a story teller with a way of translating imagination into reality.
