The role

You will be responsible for leading Landor & Fitch Hong Kong revenue forecast, pipeline follow ups, AR and UBR risk controls, Business reports and etc.

  • Daily communication with internal or external for kinds of finance support.
  • SOX controls for finance process.
  • Claims check
  • Cost and expense controls
  • Timesheet follow up.
  • Billing track and follow up.
  • Monthly closing entries preparation.
  • Monthly or Quarterly WPP reports.
  • Management Businsess Analysis Reports
  • Forecast and budget preparation and submission.
  • Legal documents follow up
  • Annual audit and tax return check and follow up.
  • Ad hoc reports if needed

What skills are necessary?

A Finance Manager who has a strong understanding of working across finance team and business team in China and Hong Kong offices. You will be based in Hong Kong office with 5 years+ finance experience within a branding, consultancy or marketing environment, fluent English and Mandarin speaking, good business understanding.
