The role

Someone who influences each project with their unique perspectives and ideas, helping move clients into action. They contribute to critical thinking on projects and have the ability to work across different sectors, partnering within multidisciplinary teams to deliver extraordinary work and grow client accounts. They are continuously curious, determined and excited by the work we do.


What we're looking for

You will have 3 years or more of experience in branding and design, strategic planning, marketing and communications, retail, research, insights or analytics. You also have a background in or penchant for fields of human understanding—be it psychology, sociology, neurosciences, philosophy, anthropology, etc.

You are a tireless thinker and a storyteller. You gather and curate the right observations and unearth insights that solve clients’ challenges via their brand. You are analytical with a keen understanding of branding and business imperatives, and you have experience participating in complex projects with proven results. You are self-motivated, articulate and collaborative. You have the ability to see the bigger picture for our clients and you are results-focussed. And you do so with enthusiasm, curiosity, bright ambition and great humour.

You are comfortable working across various strategic disciplines which may include brand positioning, brand architecture, naming or packaging, POS and retail experience projects. You enjoy telling clear and inspiring stories through PowerPoint. You have the ability to understand and interpret the market, and the client's business. You have the ability to identify fundamental customer insights, anticipating future trends. You have the ability to give the client clear direction to achieve their strategic objectives. You have the ability to engage and inspire both clients and Landor & Fitch teams.
