The role

Someone who wants to learn and bring in unique perspectives and ideas, helping move the broader strategy teams and clients into action. They contribute to critical thinking on projects and have the ability to work across different sectors, partnering within multidisciplinary teams to deliver extraordinary work and grow client accounts. They are continuously curious, determined and excited by the work we do. 

What we are looking for? 

You are at the onset of your working journey, likely from an academic background in branding and design, marketing and communications or from fields of human understanding — be it psychology, sociology, neurosciences, philosophy, anthropology, etc.

You see yourself as a tireless thinker and a storyteller. You want to gather and curate the right observations and unearth insights that solve clients’ challenges via their brand. You are self-motivated, articulate and collaborative. You enjoy effortlessly blending analytical thinking with creative expression. You’re always searching for the ‘why’. And do so with enthusiasm, curiosity, bright ambition and great humour.

You are eager to work across various strategic disciplines which may include brand positioning, brand architecture, naming or packaging, POS and retail experience projects. You understand the importance of telling clear and inspiring stories and are competent in PowerPoint. You understand the importance of ego-free thinking – the ability to read a market without personal or client bias and want to continuously bring in new perspectives into the studio.
