The role

You are responsible for achieving and maintaining client satisfaction by ensuring that projects are delivered on scope, on time and on budget.  You will be accountable for flawless project management, strategy, and research.  You will seek ways to grow existing business and add value to other new business pursuits.  You are the central point of communication on one or more brands, and are accountable for the accurate and timely flow of information between the client and the internal team.  You will ensure that all milestones are met and partner with the client directors on all key relationships.  You will participate in brand discussions, client workshops, brainstorms and development of strategic deliverables. 

What we’re looking for

A Client Manager, who brings 3-5 years of experience in project management in a branding consultancy, advertising agency or business consultancy.  You will have strong client presence, organizational and detail-orientation skills, excellent written and verbal communication, the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment. You will be strategic and intellectually agile, decisive, and respectful with ever changing priorities and demonstrate cross-functional leadership experience.
