The Strategy, Insights & Analytics Intern we search for is a hybrid profile that is keen on growing expertise in the branding domains that range from Creative Copywriting to Brand Experience, from Insights & Analytics to Brand Culture.
You will collect and organize findings, unearth insights, and help craft strategic concepts that will give life to striking Brand Expressions and unique Customer Experiences to maximize brands’ business growth.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with the Strategy + I&A, Design, and Client Manager teams to create world-class, agile brands that unlock business growth
  • Help us identify the challenges and opportunities behind local and global corporate and product brands
  • Help us design brand strategies (Brand Strategy Platforms, Brand Architecture, Business Cases) and translate them into functional tools for Marketing, Communication, Experience, and Design teams (Brand Voice, Product Innovation, Culture&Employer branding, Brand Experience, Design)
  • Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data sources to synthesize insights, determine priorities, and identify information gaps to help inform brand and business strategies
  • Analyze background information for pitch teams, prepare pitch materials and presentations, and draft proposals
  • Actively participate in creative work sessions and help set up workshops with the clients
  • Ensure all client correspondence, deliverables, presentations, and proposals are of the highest quality and deeply relevant to the client’s needs
  • Communicate findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner in written, oral, and presentation forms
  • Support in all aspects of research design, execution, and analysis
  • Support in developing client presentations and other work products

  • Great attention to detail and the stamina to dig into complex problems with some ambiguity
  • A work-hard-play-hard attitude e.g. extraordinary extracurricular activities that show passion, creativity, and resourcefulness
  • A M.Sc in Marketing, Management, Experience/Service Design, Cognitive Psychology, Business for Art/Culture/Comms or related fields
  • Some experience in the design and/or execution of primary market research studies
    (e.g., questionnaire writing, interviewing, data analysis, data visualization, etc.)
  • Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to promote your thinking
  • Strong skills in MS Excel and Powerpoint
  • True proficiency in English & Italian (an additional language amongst Spanish/Portuguese/Greek is a big plus)
  • [Bonus] Experience working within a branding, consulting, or marketing agency
  • [Bonus] Experience working with statistical analysis software such as SPSS or similar
