Client Coordinator (intern)

We are currently seeking a Client manager Coordinator in Internship to be based out of our Geneva studio. Could this be you?

The role

You will assist the Client Service team and will participate in the development of the visual identity of package design, logos, etc. You will work to coordinate projects for major brands. Your main tasks include:

  • Be the intermediary between the clients and the designers/creative,
  • Participate in the meetings of creativity in collaboration with designers,
  • Organize brainstorming sessions,
  • Participate in customer briefs,
  • Carry out market studies and competitive intelligence,
  • Ensure the daily follow-up of projects (timing, budget, resources and delivery times).
  • Administrative task (Book trips and accommodation, manage office supplies,...)

 

What are we looking for

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field.

You have:

- Real organisational skills and rigour and are project-oriented.

- Fluent in English and French

- Skills with Office tools and the Mac interface

- agency experience if possible

You are autonomous, curious, dynamic, and proactive. You show a real interest in marketing, storytelling, media and communication, agency life and brand strategy.
