The Senior Client Manager provides strategic leadership throughout the project process by acting as the day-to-day client senior contact while maintaining high client satisfaction, work quality, profitability, commercial grip, and team satisfaction.

So, what are we looking for?
A qualified Senior Client Manager, who brings us at least 6-8 years of experience in agency (branding, media, research, or consultancy). The ideal resource is a true Brand enthusiast who has flawlessly led projects with a strong strategic, business analytic, and quantitative side (research &/or business). The ability to manage and develop ad hoc researches on customers/prospects and/or market (e.g. brand, product, value proposition, customer journey, usage and attitudes) with custom questionnaire and KPIs definition, analysis and modelling, would be considered a preferred skill.
We are looking for a senior resource to coordinate mainly corporate projects for international clients, working daily with peers within the global Landor & Fitch network, sharing and importing best practices and resources with them.

Our next Senior Client Manager will be requested to support in providing mentoring and on-the-job training for Client Managers and Project Managers, especially focused on research, business analytics, design and branding knowledge, administration, financial acumen, written and verbal communication skills, surfacing hidden client opportunities, persuasion and negotiation, client management.
We require excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships, internally and externally, and strong written and verbal communications skills both in Italian and English (English proficiency is a must-have requirement).
