The role

We are looking for Digital Client Director to join our Client Services team in Hong Kong. This is a fantastic opportunity to find a challenge like no other and join a passionate team of like-minded creatives, striving to produce world class experiences.

You will be responsible in leading the digital transformation consulting on each of our client accounts. You will provide digital best practice recommendations and advise in a variety of channels including websites, mobile applications as well as cutting edge digital touchpoints within brand experience centres for both local and international clients. 

You should have a keen and enthusiastic interest in digital as the role involves working alongside the UX/UI and development team to lead projects from briefing and concept stage through to delivery and launch. 

You will be able to develop innovative and effective strategies for Digital Projects in collaboration with UX/UI & Technical teams in order to achieve client objectives and ensure the cohesive integration of digital efforts into the overall marketing mix.

You will lead client presentations in partnership with the team leads. Take ownership in writing proposals and job scopes and work with local and other APAC regions on growing the digital business.

You will stay abreast of the latest trends in branding, retail and technology and provide digital thought leadership internally and to our clients, influencing and inspiring the entire team to deliver great work.

You will develop in-depth understanding of the client’s business and build credibility with the client based on expert counsel. You will demonstrate a consistent capability for winning and growing client business.

You will contribute to positive client feedback, periodic performance reviews, contribute to accounts and agency profitability

What skills are necessary?

  • Undergraduate degree 8+ years’ experience at branding, advertising agency or interactive/digital marketing agency is a MUST 
  • Local with APAC regional market experience is highly desirable
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese is a MUST
  • Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin a plus
  • Experienced in Baidu and Google Analytics
  • Experienced in SEO, SEM and PPC
  • Excellent skills using PowerPoint, Keynote for writing and developing presentations.
  • Passionate in client presentations with excellent presentations skills both internally and externally
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams efficiently on time and on target
  • Strong numeracy with the ability to create estimates and budget accurately 
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle projects of different nature, size, timelines and client sector and prioritise tasks accordingly
  • Self-disciplined with a proactive attitude 
  • Ambitious and responsible
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Digital Senior Client Manager
