The role
The Brand Performance Analyst within the Strategy team at Landor & Fitch plays a key role in facilitating data-driven decision-making. This position aids our clients in making confident, well-informed brand strategy and design choices that propel business growth.
As a growing member of the EMEA team, your contributions will include assisting in essential strategy projects. These projects aim to inspire creative transformation in our clientele and solidify our Brand Performance offering.
In this role, you will help uphold our reputation as a top-tier brand and design consultancy while offering fresh perspectives and approaches. You will support shaping our services to keep pace with the industry's cutting edge, crafting a strategic blend of data-driven insights and creativity to redefine brand performance.
What we’re looking for
You will have demonstrable experience in a data-centric role, preferably within an agency, consultancy, or client-side setting. You will have the ability to assist in the translation of research and data insights into actionable recommendations on client brand and business strategies. This should be supported by a developing sense of strategic thinking and execution skills. Ideally you will have experience and familiarity with various quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, tools, and approaches.
To succeed in this role, you will have good project management skills, with experience in supporting research projects and dealing with external partners. Equally you will need to be a strong communicator and able to collaborate with individuals from various disciplines outside of the Brand Performance realm. Proficiency in English is mandatory.

We’re working to set a standard for the industry as a whole, creating a culture of equity and belonging. We may not be perfect, and we know there is work to do, but we regularly check with our teams and Employee Resource Groups on how we are doing, using their insight to frame our thinking and actions, so we can all do better, working as one Landor & Fitch.
Due to the volume of applications, we unfortunately can only respond to successful candidates.
We will not accept unsolicited CVs or approaches via recruitment agencies.
