The role

Our Client Managers are accountable for the health and growth of our client relationships as the central contact, leading daily operations, building client confidence in solutions and project delivery. They work closely with the design and studio team with a holistic relationship building approach, across the agency and with the client.

They demonstrate best-in-class financial and project management and ensures that projects stay on brief, budget and time.

 

What we’re looking for?

A Client Manager, with over 2-3 years’ experience who has flawlessly built relationships with clients and within the office.  You will be strong at relationship building and passionate about relationships. You will be a diplomat who does not fear confrontation.  You will be able to work independently but thrive in a team setting. You will be a quick thinker, an expert communicator in English, an optimist and enthusiast who is results focused and a meticulous planner.
