The role

The Senior Designer (Product Design) will be working across the full plethora of our extensive and varied client mix, coming up with ground breaking concepts and delivering on iconic, best in class, innovation led product design. You will be providing intelligent and refreshingly different design solutions for clients and pitches, swinging effortlessly from project to project, with an aim of always creating iconic and meaningful work - whether this is designing new inclusive packaging, digital products or even futuristic prototypes for the biggest brands in the world.

With the support of our award-winning team, you’ll will help to develop design strategies and work with team members of all experience to take the work from concept to launch, continuing to grow and champion our expanding innovation and product design offering.

What we’re looking for

A Senior Designer with extensive experience working on product/industrial design projects. We’re after a candidate that brings us experience across a range of disciplines: product design, structural packaging design, service design and occasionally environmental design.

You would be expected to have excellent technical skills, including the use of Rhino 3D, Keyshot, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign as well as knowledge of the manufacturing processes, fabrication techniques and construction technology. You will also be expected to mentor more junior team members, so being able to nurture a team and the ability to chrystallise your creative thinking to them and other business stakeholders (clients and internal) is a must.
