Client Director

We are currently seeking a Client Director to be based out of either Hamburg, Berlin, or Munich. Could this be you?

The role

We exist to help brands compete in an ever-changing and highly competitive world. To do our work effectively, we must have the highest standards and most efficient practices. This is where Client Directors come in. Our Client Services team help clients gain agility and find opportunities where others see adversity. The team helps clients and their brands gain profitable growth by thriving in an accelerated pace of change where disruption is the norm.

Our Client Directors are accountable for leading our key client relationships. They ensure and are motivated by delivering client services excellence and client satisfaction across all our clients and their brands. Client Directors collaborate seamlessly with other functions in the office and the region, including Strategy, Design, Naming, Research and Brand Engagement.

As a client lead, they steer a team of people, and along with that team, ensure that all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on scope. This is done through effective resourcing on all engagements, whilst delivering against our financial / budgeted work plans.

You will be reporting to and closely working with the Executive Director Client Services (based in Hamburg).

What we are looking for…

A passionate individual who brings experience in flawlessly executing and managing branding projects, team development and growth through existing and new clients.

You will have strong communication, negotiation, presentation and organizational skills, supervisory experience, and a passion for brands.

You will have a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree (or similar) and significant experience in a similar role, ideally in branding consultancy working through complex B2B and corporate branding projects. Also, you will have team and client leadership experience and experience collaborating across multiple functions, studios, and personalities.

You must have strong communication and presentation skills and project management skills – ability to “do" and be a team player. You must be financially savvy – ability to establish financial goals for the business and for team members. You will meet challenges head-on and deals proactively with them to find a solution. You will have high standards for work and attention to detail and be able to effectively prioritise. Solid skills in MS Office and being fluent in both German and English are a must!
