We are currently seeking a People Coordinator to be based out of our Paris studio. Could this be you?

The role

You will support the Regional People Director in directing and providing a commercially focused HR strategy across the whole range of people activities, delivering against both strategic and cultural objectives for Landor & Fitch Paris and Geneva.

You will support in the areas of:

  • HR Administration
  • Recruitment
  • Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Payroll and Benefits
  • Learning and development
  • Inclusion and diversity
  • Career planning and performance development

You will report to the Regional People Director based in Paris and be an active member of the People EMEA team.

What we're looking for?


  • University degree or comparable experience.
  • at least 1-2 years in a HR administration position preferably in the service industry.
  • Good knowledge of French social law and regulations.

  • Comfortable working on an international team - building connections with the wider HR function and the other offices within the region.
  • Fluent in both French and English
