Working to build the capabilities of our growing Insights & Analytics function within the Strategy team at Landor & Fitch – whose purpose is to enable our clients to make meaningful brand strategy and design decisions with confidence through harnessing a data-driven approach to unlock business growth.
Working as part of the EMEA team, an Insights & Analytics Manager will contribute to the delivery of key strategy projects to enable creative transformation for our clients and support in building a robust Insights & Analytics offer that strongly supports our strategic and creative effort, maintains our currency as a top tier brand and design consultancy, and establishes new thinking and approaches to augment our current offer.
What we're looking for
A proven track record of agency, consultancy, supplier or client-side research experience, with experience translating insights from research and data into actionable recommendations on client brand and business strategies, with proven strategic thinking and execution skills. You'll have broad experience and capability across a range of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, tools, and approaches, as well as experience with various modelling / applied statistical methodologies - including financial quantification. And you'll have worked with research platforms and tools such as Qualtrics.
You'll be a strong project manager, with experience delivering end-to-end research projects, and managing external partners. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a comfort level collaborating with individuals outside of the Insights & Analytics discipline, with a passion for nurturing junior talent.
Fluent English is a must.
