People Team Internship, Fall 2022

Role Overview

Under the People Team's guidance, you will develop knowledge of the brand transformation and experiential design industry and how Inclusion and Diversity play a crucial role in our business. You will help create interest in the company through outreach through underutilized methods. You will initiate and foster the relationships of organizations and groups that focus on Inclusion and Diversity that are industry relevant.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Update internal databases with candidate information, including contact details, resumes, and portfolios
  • Search for inclusive and diverse job boards, careers pages, and social networks that are industry relevant
  • Partner with the People Team to create innovative strategies for historically excluded, untraditional or hard to reach groups
  • Identify additional ways to engage with diverse community members
  • Support the early talent efforts such as interns through the lens of inclusion and diversity

Competencies for Success

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience.
  • A clear communicator, in person and writing
  • Highly organized and flexible
  • Excellent knowledge and adaptability to new information systems, experience of a HR system is preferred
  • Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Commercially aware & culturally savvy
  • Good numerical / financial understanding
  • Approachable, outgoing, and diplomatic
  • Must have excellent emotional intelligence, strong judgement, and utter discretion
  • A creative problem solver (ability to build a deck, present ideas and contribute to HR goals and strategy)
  • Comfortable working on a regional team - building connections with the wider HR function and the other offices within the region.
