Senior Client Manager (12 Month FTC)

The role

Our Client Services team help clients gain agility and find opportunities where others see adversity. The team helps clients, and their brands, gain profitable growth by thriving in an accelerated pace of change where disruption is the norm. We exist to help brands compete in an ever-changing and highly competitive world. To do our work effectively, we must have the highest standards and most efficient practices. This is where Senior Client Managers come in.

The Senior Client Manager participates in, and often leads, brand discussions, client workshops, brainstorms and the development of strategic deliverables. We'll educate you in a range of tools and capabilities, including research, strategy, innovation, environments, and digital, to enable you to recommend growth opportunities that expand Landor & Fitch’s offer with your clients. This means that displaying passion and curiosity is a must, and you'll work with people who are always pushing the boundaries and striving to achieve the best for our clients and our agency.

What we’re looking for

A Senior Client Manager who brings us experience in project management in a branding consultancy, advertising agency or business consultancy. You will have experience working with clients and being a key contributor to the project success. You will have excellent client presence, organizational and detail-orientation skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment, that is strategically and intellectually agile. You'll be respectful of, and comfortable with, changing priorities, and be able to work with people across the business to manage this effectively. You will have the ability to lead and mentor others to success.

You will be a relationship builder with the ability to create connections and gain the trust of others with ease. You will be humble, hungry and a great listener who can skillfully see where you can offer support and assistance. You will use your exceptional organizational skills and proactive approach to understand the challenges of the team members, problem solving to find a great solution which drives results.And most importantly, you’ll not be afraid to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
