We are currently seeking a Strategy Director (Brand) to be based out of our London studio. Could this be you?

The role

The Strategy Director will play a key role in driving the success of not only clients, but also our own. Externally, they grow larger, long-term relationships and become the go-to advisor for executive-level clients. Internally, Directors help build practices and mentor team members to grow the capabilities of the firm. Directors create lasting impact by being part strategic advisor, part client developer, and part team builder. They inspire and lead teams to solve clients’ toughest brand and business challenges.

What we’re looking for

Experience in a similar role or are looking to step up from a current senior strategy role. Acting as a trusted advisor for executive-level clients on issues inside and outside the scope of current work; co-own (together with Client Services lead) the development of Brand Strategy projects and accounts. Be able to identify client needs, understand categories they play in, articulate the story, develop recommendations, and present to clients to gain buy-in and drive action that achieves business goals. Fluent in the world of positioning, brand architecture, naming and a proven record of pitching and winning. You will be results-focused, possess an inherent curiosity, and have an enthusiastic approach grounded in firm strategy.
