The role

Strategy analysts at Landor & Fitch are thinkers who get things done. In this entry level position, they support the strategy team through data gathering and analysis that uncovers insights and supports a point of view for our clients. They apply analytical rigor, critical thinking, and creativity to help build an understanding of our clients and their industries. Agility, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to roll up the sleeves are key to success along with a deep passion for what we come to work to do every day: Building extraordinary brands.

You will be the source of information and inspiration for the strategy team. You will assist in executing all aspects of research design, execution, and analysis, and become a source of new brand, design, marketing ideas, and trends. 

Day-to-day you will responsible for structuring, analysing, and synthesising primary and secondary research to generate actionable insights and analyse competitor sets, in which you will be able to draw insights and recommendations. You will be involved in generating names, will complete due diligence checks, manage time to budget and and you will also execute retail and environmental audits. 

You will support on New Business opportunities as required, whether this be assisting client leads in preparation of pitches, or learning to identify add-on, business development opportunities with existing clients. 

What we're looking for

You will have excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of how brands and businesses work. You must have high standards for work and impeccable attention to detail and be able to meet challenges head-on and proactively solve them. You will be an open-minded, inherently curious individual, who is willing to share fresh perspectives in solving problems.

You must be team-oriented across all levels and functions, and have the ability to influence and inspire others. You must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and learning on the job, whilst managing conflicting priorities. 

You will keep a finger on the pulse of design and technology and have a basic understanding of statistics and financial modelling. You must show passion for being culturally connected and on the leading edge of brands, marketing, and design. 

Solid skills in MS Office Suite is a must!
