Studio Assistant Apprentice

The role

The Studio Assistant is a new position in the Landor & Fitch team, providing support across many areas of the business. Attention to detail and organisation are key in this role, ensuring we maintain high standards and keep the entire studio ticking. You will be provided with the help and support to undertake the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship. They will develop their skills throughout the role and through this they will be able to gain more exposure to all areas of the studio as they progress.

The core responsibilities for this role are: maintaining stock levels on stationery, groceries, and equipment, greeting guests, booking in visitors and clients and their meeting rooms/spaces and general administrative duties for our office manager, such as post distribution, minutes and expenses. You will be the voice of the London reception telephone line and will be taking messages. You will be maintaining and supporting the vibrant culture in studio with great attitude and optimism and help our teams and clients with your ace hospitality skills!

What we’re looking for

Someone who has the ability to work in a fast paced, professional and team environment and is organised, with a keen eye for detail. You will have strong communication skills and excellent people and interpersonal skills and the ability to anticipate needs. You will be optimistic in nature, with a ‘no job too small’ attitude and a keen interest to learn studio operations.
